What do I need?

  • You must complete and pass these three Practitioner courses first before attempting the IT Business Partner Practitioner Certificate. 1
  • Leading with an IT Mindset 2
  • Collaborating with Business Teams 3
  • Business Skills for the IT Professional. All four courses are included in this pathway and you will receive a certfiicate for each course plus the IT Business Partner Practitioner Certificate when you complete and pass each course
  • Other requirements: No management experience or qualifications are needed (but experience can help) An internet connection with a mobile/tablet or laptop is required to access the course Access to laptop with camera is required for the exam and a pair of headphones is recommended for the exam

We give you 1 2 months access to the courses and time to complete the exams, if you need longer, just let us know.
