Management of Portfolios (MoP) foundation and practitioner training course will prepare delegates to: 1. Understand all aspects of the Management of Portfolios (MoP) 2. Gain sufficient knowledge and understanding to work asan informed member of a Portfolio 3. Office or in a range of portfolio management roles 4. Demonstrate an understanding of how to apply and tailor the MoP guidance and to analyse portfolio data, documentation and roles in relation in a practical context. 5. Advise on the implementation of appropriate practices and techniques, and apply the method to a live portfolio 6. Prepare for MoP® foundation and Practitioner exams

What do I need?

  • Although there are no formal pre-requisites for foundation level training, having completed PRINCE2 and/ or MSP trainings will greatly benefit the delegates. Management of Portfolios (MoP) foundation exam pass is a pre-requisite for Management of Portfolios (MoP) practitioner training course
